ANC completed working with a private developer, to repurpose a late 1800's church, into 12 condominiums. 

Together with the developer, ANC and its consultants, successfully executed an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment and Site Plan Approval for this challenging project. 

Working alongside the City of Brantford Planning Department and Heritage Committee, we were careful to ensure this unique building received the respect it deserves, keeping its special history alive. 

These upscale condominium units, a walk from the Brantford downtown core, are now available for lease.
